Protein Easter eggs
The extra protein recipe to make for Easter!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 4 tbsp Walden Farms Sugar-Free Syrup
- 2 scoops of protein Osmo Pharma Whey Recharge -Peanut Butter cookie
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp of Granular Swerve
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate
STEPS
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut oil, and Swerve;
- Then add the peanut butter protein and Walden Farms syrup and mix;
- On a baking sheet, put a wax paper. Form 15 to 18 eggs and put them on the on the baking sheet;
- Chill eggs in freezer for 10 minutes;
- Meanwhile, melt semi-sweet chocolate in a pan or in the microwave;
- Dip eggs in melted chocolate, then place each egg on the plate;
- Return eggs to freezer for 15 minutes;
- Serve and enjoy!
Eggs can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer
